Listen to HUMO: Murder and Silence in El Salvador
My new podcast is out examining violence and corruption in Bukele's El Salvador
Hey everyone,
Thanks for your infinite patience as I haven’t updated you in a while, but I have big news! My latest project dropped this month: HUMO Murder and Silence in El Salvador. It’s a podcast in collaboration with Salvadoran outlet Revista Factum and media group Sonoro Media. It follows journalist Bryan Avelar who investigated a mass grave in Chalchuapa, Santa Ana, El Salvador which resulted in uncovering a web of lies and corruption in El Salvador’s government. It shed lights on a lot of suppressed information by the current Bukele administration. Also, it’s in English and Spanish!
Listen on:
Note: The podcast is in both Spanish and English, to hear my version you need to scroll past the first 8 episodes in Spanish and go to the English Episode 1.
The topics as you can imagine are quite heavy, so viewer discretion is advised.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last few years. This podcast spent over a year in development and it’s a labor of love and solidarity to our people in El Salvador.
In gratitude,
Daniel
